Got me going

Summer should be a method of torture really. It’s so boring! But I guess God heard my whining and yesterday I got a call for a job interview. I didn’t even apply for the job, I was suggested by one of my lecturers at school. :WHAT: So yeah, that’s next week Tuesday. I hope it goes well. :yey:

So here’s what I’ve been distracting myself with so far today:

  • ☆ Plurk: I didn’t add it to the sidebar because I’m not sure for how long I’ll be using it. It’s just like twitter really. :hmm:
  • ☆ CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN Boots: Oh my god someday when I’m rich. Or find knockoffs. :chu:
  • ☆ Beauty Elixirs: I don’t really want to…drink anything in the hopes that it will make my skin better. I dunno what it’s gonna do to the parts of me that’s not skin. :no:
  • ☆ Raspberry buttermilk cake: I so want to make this but I’d have to leave my house to go buy ingredients. *lazy* :yawn:
  • ☆ Spidermans Leggings: A splurge but sweet mary it’s gorgeous :chu: The Shreds are so hot too.
  • ☆ Wordpress 2.8 Beta 1: ALREADY? I mean seriously? Honestly, automatic.
  • ☆ My Tattoo: Gonna get a tattoo for my birthday. Not telling what it is, it’s a surprise! ::D:

This layout is the source of many a problem for me.

The threaded comments and custom emoticons within the comments aren’t working. I’ll get around to fixing them soon I hope. I just don’t have the drive right about now. I’m so sick. I’ve had quite the flu for the past couple of days and I’m just plain miserable. :woe:

Where oh where is Montego?

Sorry I haven’t really been updating! School is such a mess. Life in general is a mess actually. I have exams and there have been some personal roller coasters to get over. But here I am again! I’ll be honest and say I thought about closing Montego because I seriously lacked the time and willpower to update. :woe:
I figured that there would be moments when I’m too busy to update and I’d want Montego after that. Lo and behold! Exams will be over on Tuesday and I’ll be free until June. Summer and school. :geek: I am doing Japanese and maybe an anthropological course. I haven’t decided yet. I also am currently worrying about whether or not my full scholarship will come in. I’m hoping, as tuition is going up in September and it’s getting harder and harder to pay. :storm:

I’m elsewhere on the web though! I’m on Tumblr, Flickr and WeHeartIt just to name a few. Those 3 are the ones I use the most though, so add me there if you want to see what I’m up to when I’m not posting to Montego. Tumblr is your best bet tbh. ::D:

I also added links to them in the sidebar. Oh, speaking of the sidebar. Say hi to the new layout! :wave: A new summer and cool feel for Montego as summer approaches and I feel more changes coming. It features Lena Fuji :chu: and is a stark contrast from the last layout which was SUPAR PINK NATION. :ohhoho:

Life wise, not much is new. Oh wait no, my phone died 3 weeks ago and my dad got me a Blackberry Curve (because he has a Bold and wants someone to BBPin with) in Red for my birthday (yes, it’s in June). It’s not here yet, my aunt is supposed to bring it over in two weeks. Woo new phone-ness! :fly: I need to hunt down apps for it. Maybe this will finally mean more Montego updates. I so need a compact camera.

Here’s a question for you guys: what should I do for my 21st birthday? :hmm:

Oh Hello

Oh Hi! I swear I’m not dead. :shy: I’ve just been really busy and lazy when not busy. It’s mid semester exam time at uni. We don’t get spring break due to the long xmas holidays. But it’s okay, I actually like being at school. It’s weird. I like having lunch with my friends and spending our time talking about nothing.

I have a story! A ghost story.

I was down in the library basement at school because that’s where they keep the older books. I was nearer to the entrance (there’s only one) and I heard someone say “Excuse me”. So I looked around and saw no one. I went further down the rows, and didn’t see anyone. I heard the “excuse me” again and I walked around the entire basement and I’m pretty sure I was the only one down there. But I could have sworn I heard someone saying “excuse me” as if they wanted my attention or wanted to pass. I was so freaked out when I realized I was the only person down there, I just left quickly. :woe: Two days later, my aunt (who works in the library in another department) says that it’s not the first time she’s heard stories of the WIC (where I was) being haunted. In fact, a librarian died down there two years back. :WHAT: I…I won’t be going back down there by myself.

But anyway- today is Sunday. I love Sundays, they’re so calm. My favorite day of the week used to be Thursdays, but no more as they’re my busiest and longest days. I have classes starting from 8am and my last class ends at 8pm. :curses: It’s so bleaky and dark outside, it might even rain:

What else have I been up to? Something special! Not necessarily related to Montego but it does have to do with this domain. Hopefully I can launch it this summer. I’m so excited~ :fly: It’s too bad I get so easily distracted. I’ve been reading Kuroshitsuji lately. I tried watching the anime a while back but it didn’t grab me as well as the manga does. I have such a thing for the character design of the chef, Bard. The character itself is ridiculous but I like the way he looks ahaha :chu:

But speaking of cute boys. School is…something else. I meet all these really nice guys and yet don’t feel any form of anything. I wonder if I’m too picky. :facepalm:
